ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) car parts

Dutch company BOSAL (turnover of EUR 790 million in 2002 with 6000 employees) acquired for a non-disclosed amount, the German STORZ COMPANY, a car jack manufacturer, with two million units of production sold every year with EUR 14 million. This take-over will enable BOSAL to increase its tool kit production by 67% and take production up to 5 million a year.
