ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) construction

VINCI ENERGIE (French VINCI group; turnover of EUR 3 bn in 2003) has acquired GFA (annual turnover EUR 20 million) a fire protection company in Germany, for an undisclosed amount. This deal will enable VINCI ENERGIE to become the number two in this sector in Germany with two subsidiaries CALANBRAU and GFA.
