BEUC calls upon Parliament and Council to give priority to consumer rights in regulation on denied boarding

Brussels, 07/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Until now, airlines had more rights than the consumers occasionally wronged by the services they offered. It is time to reverse the trend, says the European Consumers' Association (BEUC), which is worried by the contents of the proposed regulation on denied boarding, currently on the table with the Council and Parliament.
