The British S&N - SCOTTISH & NEWCASTLE brewery has sold its Premier Lodge chain of 1450 pubs, restaurants and hotels(turnover £ 1.04 bn, workforce of 29,000) to the consortium SPIRIT AMBER, for £ 2.51 bn.
