Luxembourg, 07/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Judges at the European Court of Justice have elected their President, Vassilios Skouris from Greece. Born in 1948, this Lecturer in law a German and Greek universities was twice Minister for Foreign Affairs (1989-1996), President of the Greek Economic and Social Council in 1998 before replacing his compatriot Krateros Ioannou at the latter's decease. He will replace the outgoing president, Gil Carlos Rodriguez Iglesias.
