07/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday morning, the euro reached its highest level compared to the dollar for over three months, at over 1.18 dollar. Some economists have established a link between this rise and an interview in which Wim Duisenberg said he considered the dollar's depreciation was "inevitable".
