CONOCOPHILLIPS, third largest oil group in the US, has sold its CIRCLE K shop to the Canadian distribution group ATD - ALIMENTATION COUCHE-TARD, for USD 830 million. the sale includes 1663 CONOCOPHILLIPS shops, the "Circle K" brand, as well as franchising agreements with more than 350 shops.
