Karel Van Miert talks of conditions for relaunching European investment programme for trans-European networks - For increased Community funding and European loans

Brussels, 19/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Karel Van Miert, former Vice-President of the European Commission who chaired the high-level group "on the trans-European transport network", spoke of the conditions to be met for the European programme in this field to be relaunched.
