Brussels, 19/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Competitiveness Council met on 22 September under the chairmanship of the Italian Minister for European Affairs, Rocco Buttiglione, for discussions on the internal market during the morning and, under the chairmanship of Italian Minister for Education and Research Letizia Moratti, for discussions on research during the afternoon.
