Brussels, 19/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - In the context of administrative preparation for enlargement and organising how it is going to work once the new countries arrive, the European Commission has arranged for the ten new Commissioners who will be working at and participating at the College in a full capacity from 1 May 2004, to not immediately have their own portfolios, while waiting for the new Commission to be set up on 1 November 2004.
