Place of culture at European Convention is focus of Salamanca meeting

Brussels, 21/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - "Les Rencontres" (an association of towns and regions of the wider Europe for culture) is devoting its annual meeting, from 21 to 24 November in Salamanca, Europe's cultural capital for 2002, to the theme "the place of culture in the European Convention for the Future of Europe".
