21/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The president of the European Convention, Valery Giscard d'Estaing, is taking part in a conference-debate in Tours on 23 November on "Europe faced wit its future" organised by the European Movement of Indre-et-Loire Touraine and its chair France de Sagazan, in association with The Friends o the Convention.
