Strasbourg, 21/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - After the sinking of the Prestige in Galicia, the European Parliament adopted, on Thursday, a resolution calling on Member States to anticipate the setting in place of maritime safety measures provided for in the Erika I and Erika II packages (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.12, on the comments by Commissioners de Palacio and Fischler).
