Brussels, 07/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - Speaking before the European Parliament on Wednesday, the High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, considered that the electoral campaign beginning in Israel in view of early elections in January 2003 "will not facilitate a short-term diplomatic breakthrough", whereas in the long term, "a new dynamic may emerge".
