British information technology services company LOGICA has bought out its Anglo-Dutch competitor CMG for £ 510 million. This deal will create a new company called LOGICACMG, which will be the third largest European company in the sector, with a pro forma turnover of £ 2.01 billion and a staff of 24,000.
