Denmark proposes private sector corruption should be an offence liable to prison sentences of no less than 3 years

Brussels, 25/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Danish Presidency proposes that, in a framework decision, the Member States should also give a definition of corruption in the private sector, and fix a common threshold for punishing such an offence.
