25/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of Permanent Representatives (Coreper) decided on Wednesday to open written procedure that should be completed at the end of the month of July, with a view to adopting the decision concerning the signing and provisional application of the Protocol for the Community's accession to Eurocontrol.
