Infringement proceedings against France, Belgium and Austria

Brussels, 25/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to bring proceedings against France, Belgium and Austria for infringements to legislation on the free movement of goods:

  • France (medicianal products): The Commission has decided to refer to the Court of Justice the French regulations on personal imports of both "traditional" and homeopathic medicinal products.
