Brussels, 18/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The International Security Information Service (ISIS Europe) has published a report entitled "Enhancing the EU's Response to Violent Conflict: Moving Beyond Reaction to Preventive Action". The report contains a summary of the intervention and recommendations made during a conference organised on 7 and 8 December 2000 in Brussels in collaboration with the Heinrich Böll Foundation.
