INGENICO, French specialist in payment terminals, is to make a public offering for its American counterpart IVI -HECKMATE. INGENICO is thus ING bidder for all IVI-CHECKMATE shares that it does not yet own via a cash transaction evaluated at $55.3 million, or $3.3 per share.
