The Spanish textiles group CORTEFIEL reiterated its hostile take-over bid for ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ presented last 14 May at the price of EUR 9 per share. The success of the offer was conditioned on the subscription of at least 51% of the capital, but the majority shareholders refused to bring the support of their shares.
