ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

BT - BRITISH TELECOM has chosen LAND SECURITIES TRILLIUM and WILLIAM PEARS GROUP as the preferred candidates for taking over its real estate assets. These two groups have proposed the creation of a joint venture that would cover the real estate assets of the British operator.
