The BCG - BANQUE COMMERCIALE DE GRECE, third largest banking establishment in the country, and a subsidiary of CREDIT AGRICOLE have signed, in Athens, an agreement in order to create a joint venture in insurance named ETA (Commercial insurance banking). This company will have a starting capital of EUR 3.5 million. Each party will have a 50% stake and will exclusively use products from the BCG network, note the two groups.
