18/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Reuters press agency signals from Stockholm that the Swedish Finance Minister, Bosse Ringholm, was "caked" on Tuesday, when walking from his Ministry to the Parliament. The action, in anticipation of the anti-European demonstrations planned for the Goteborg Summit next June, comes from a group called "The Stockholm Cake Brigade".
