18/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - According to a survey by the Lithuanian Committee for European Integration, support for Lithuania's membership of the EU went from 47.1 in January (and 43.8 in April 2000) to 49.6 in April 2001. At the same time, the percentage of those against membership has increased, in April 2001, to 27.8%, compared to 22% in January and 25.1% in January 2000.
