ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) internet

T-ONLINE, a subsidiary of DEUTSCHE TELEKOM and the first Internet access provider, has acquired 37% of BILD.DE, the information and entertainment Internet portal of the German press group AXEL SPRINGER. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed. The partners will create a joint venture called BILD.DE/T-ONLINE.
