Luxembourg, 10/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The court of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) ruled on 5 April that Norway, by banning the import and marketing of cornflakes fortified with thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and iron, lawfully manufactured and marketed in other EEA (European Economic Area) states, is failing to fulfil its obligations under Article 11 of the EEA Agreement.
