WOLFF WALSRODE (German group BAYER) sold its subsidiary COVEXX FILMS WALSRODE (turnover of EUR 108 million in 2000 with 531 people), specialised in the production of high quality film, to the Finnish company WIPAK (WIHURI group which had a turnover of EUR 448 million in the 2000 financial year) for an undisclosed sum.
