BOUYGUES OFFSHORE (French group BOUYGUES) signed with the State company KAZAKHOIL (Kazakhstan) an agreement foreseeing the creation of a joint venture that they will equally hold. This new entity will be named KAZAKHOIL-BOUYGUES OFFSHORE (KOBOS) whose aim will be "the delivery key in hand of all construction and services contracts in the oil and gas sector in Kazakhstan".
