The French cheese group ENTREMONT, 75% subsidiary of COMPAGNIE NATIONALE A PORTEFEUILLE took control of the company EUROSERUM (turnover of EUR 111.29 million in 2000 with four industrial sites in France and 330 employees) specialised in the manufacturing and marketing of products aimed at consumption by babies based in lactoserum.
