The French plastic moulder PRODI INJECT (turnover of FF 38 million in 2000 with 71 employees), specialised in the manufacturing of cover for speakers in vehicles, was bought by the Dutch FENWAY. The French group will continue its activity through a new company: PIXLEY RICHARDS INTERNATIONAL with a capital of EUR 750,000 and whose shares are 30% held by private investors.
