The Belgian SIOEN finalised two acquisitions in France, in the framework of its production activities. It acquired on the one hand, the ETABLISSEMENTS ROGER VIDAL ET FILS (annual turnover of EUR 2 million), a company specialised in protection clothing made from leather and textiles for firemen, and on the other hand OMNIUM (CONFECTION INDUSTRIELLES group; turnover of EUR 6.67 million), which manufactures safety clothing for professionals in the forestry sector.
