Luxembourg, 10/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The EU 15 Ministers for Foreign Affairs and their counterparts from the seven countries taking part in the "Nordic Dimension" of the EU (Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, Iceland and Norway) agreed, in principal, on Monday in Luxembourg, to launch a new form of cooperation and coordination in the field of environmental protection and the strengthening of energy efficiency.
