Green light to acquisition of food stuffs division of CSM by Heinz

Brussels, 26/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the American food processing multinational Heinz CO to acquire the Dutch and Belgian "food" subsidiaries of the Dutch company CSM. The subsidiaries concerned are Hak, Honig Merkartikelen, Koninklijke De Ruijter, Pagnier, Venianco in the Netherlands and Anco in Belgium.
