The British VODAFONE GROUP PLC is in talks with AT&T CORP in order to buy its 10% stake in JAPAN TELECOM CO for a total of between EUR 1.4 and 1.6 billion. This operation will enable VODAFONE to hold 25% of the Japanese operator.
