The German group DT - DEUTSCHE TELEKOM will sell 55% of the shares it holds in six regional cable television companies in Germany to a consortium formed by the American LIBERTY MEDIA and KLESCH, a company based in London. The networks concerned are those of Bavaria, Berlin/Brandenbourg, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein/Mecklenbourg-Pomerania, Lower-Saxony/Bemen, Rhineland-Palatinate/Sarre and Sax-Anhalt/Thuringe. According to the Wall Street Journal, the transaction will total some EUR 5 billion....
