Brussels, 26/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the General Affairs Council adopted the framework-regulation on the accession partnership for Turkey. This regulation sets out a general framework for cooperation with the candidate country, be it for Customs Union, the Meda Programme or the accession partnership.
