ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) catering

The British group COMPASS will create a 50-50 joint venture with ADNH - ABU DHABI NATIONAL HOTELS. This new company named ADNH COMPASS MIDDLE EAST will be specialised in catering and should have an annual turnover of more than USD 100 million. COMPASS will invest USD 63.5 million in the joint-venture, which will be active in 17 Middle Eastern countries.
