EIB grants EUR 34 million loan for north-south road corridor

Luxembourg, 13/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank is granting a EUR 34 million loan to Albania, for the rehabilitation of roads located on the main north-south road corridor, crossing the country towards Greece on the one side, Yugoslavia, on the other. This project is also financed by the European Commission in the framework of the Phare Programme.
