ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) luxury

French LVMH is to entrust Italian shoemaker ROSSIMODA with the design, production and distribution of the Givenchy and Emilio Pucci collections. With this in mind, it is foreseen that LVMH FASHION GROUP will acquire a minority but significant stake in the ROSSI MODA capital (annual turnover 70 billion lira with 400,000 pairs of shoes produced annually).
