French DANONE has become the leader in dairy products in Brazil after the acquisition of the fresh dairy products and UGT milk business of COOPERATIVA CENTRAL DE LATICINIOS in the State of São Paulo. All the activities acquired (mainly the "Paulista" brandname) represent a turnover of EUR 110 million.
