Brussels, 30/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - With its adoption of the report by Elizabeth Montfort (UEN, France) last week in Strasbourg, the European Parliament approved the proposal for a decision on the multiannual business and spirit of enterprise programme (2001-2005). Parliament, which was simply consulted on this text, voiced support for the position adopted by the Commission last April (see EUROPE of 28 April, p. 7) but insisted on an explicit reference to small and medium-sized...
