OM GRUPPEN, whose hostile bid for the London Stock Exchange (LSE) ended on Friday 27 October, announced that it would extend its offer until next 10 November. OM GRUPPEN must gain the support of 75% of the shareholders to succeed in this operation. See EI of 19 September.
