31/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council decided to exempt three Taiwanese producers from the anti-dumping duty that hits, since 1996, imports of certain accessories for pipes, in iron or steel. The Chup Hsin Enterprise, Rigid Industriues and Niang Hong Pipe Fittings have in fact co-operated in the Community investigation, notes the regulation published in the Official Journal N°L/267.
