C3D, subsidiary of CAISSE DES DEPOTS ET CONSIGNATIONS, failed in its attempt to take control of the British transport company GO-AHEAD for which it had launched a hostile bid in August. It managed to get only 6.09% of the shares. See EI of 31 August.
