A Norwegian salmon exporter receives damages from the European Commission in an anti-dumping case

Luxembourg, 26/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of First Instance (CFI) has sentenced the European Commission to pay the Norwegian firm Fresh Marine, specialised in farmed Atlantic salmon, NOK 400,000 in damages for having been lax in the administrative management of its "anti-dumping" dossier.
