ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aluminium

RCA - REMI CLAES ALUMINIUM (consolidated turnover EUR 300 million expected this year) has acquired 40% in aluminium extrusion from Italy GRUPPO INDIVEST 2000 S.p.A (turnover around EUR 110 million for the financial year 2000 with 240 employees) with the possibility of acquiring a majority participation.
