ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) tobacco

The Spanish-French tobacco group ALTADIS has announced the acquisition of 75.7% of the South Korean company KITCO (owner of the "Omar Sharif" brand) without stating the amount. The agreement concluded allows ALTADIS to acquire up to 100% of the company's share capital.
