Parliament calls for operational measures towards countries involved in conflicts in Africa - Criticism of Member State policies

Strasbourg, 26/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission's communication on cooperation between the EU and the ACP States involved in conflicts has been on the table for over a year, and no proposals have yet been made, deplored Mr Van Hecke (EPP, Belgium). He presented his report on this communication to the plenary session on Wednesday.
