ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

The leading Japanese life insurer NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE has joined forces with three non-life insurance firms in order to strengthen its competitiveness in the sector. Its partners are DOWA FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE, MITSUI MARINE AND FIRE INSURANCE and SUMITOMO MARINE AND FIRE INSURANCE. The collaboration will take the form of common marketing for new products and the development of common computerised programmes.
